Work Dream Team turn's everyday gardening jobs into pathways for growth to learn and gain confidence. We are an autistic led social enterprise, completing small outdoor tasks Grass cutting, weeding, planting and general tidying gardens, while bringing along others with learning disabilities and autism to join in, learn at their own pace, and gain experience. It builds skills, boosts self-esteem, fosters friendships, and shows the community what we can achieve when given the chance. Together, we make a positive difference, one garden at a time.
